years of CPA experience with a focus of providing audit services for Emergency Services Districts as
required by the Texas Health and Public Safety Code 775. We enable and guide our clients to create and
maintain a practical internal system to achieve transparent and accurate reporting and ensuring

AUDITS
We understand the burden audits may cause when you are trying to focus on providing the services due to your
taxpayers, thus we work closely with ESD Board members, Administrators, Bookkeepers, Service Providers
and other third parties to ease your audit experience and producing an accurate "Independent Auditor's
Report".
TAXES
We prepare tax returns for 501 (c3) entities such as Fire Departments.
